The Minister of Environmental Affairs published the National Environmental Management Laws Amendment Bill, 2015 on 13 October 2015 and afforded an opportunity for public comments until 12 November 2015 (as was detailed in our Newsflash No 17/2015).
The Minister has given notice that the period for public comment on the Bill has been extended to 30 November 2015.
